ATTENDANCE HOTLINE
How do I report that I will be Late or Calling Off?
To report an late arrival or absence you are required to call into the Attendance Hotline at (630) 474-5179.
Otherwise your absence will be counted as a No Call No Show. Please review the Employee Handbook for additional information
PAYROLL INFORMATION
What is the pay period?
The payroll week starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday.
What day is payday?
You are paid weekly every Friday.
Direct Deposit
What time will my direct deposit be available?
Your funds are in your account on payday (exact times vary with each financial institution).
Can I change the bank account I have setup for direct deposit?
Yes, you have until Monday at noon to cancel or modify your bank account information.
Rapid Pay Card
Don't have a bank account? We can setup your direct deposit with a Rapid Pay Card it's a prepaid debit card.
Ask your Azimuth representative for a Rapid Pay Card application TODAY!
IMPORTANT NOTE: It may take up to two payrolls for a new bank account to be activated for direct deposit. A paper check will be issued during the waiting period.

Where can I pickup my paper check?
Paper checks are available for pickup at our any of our office locations. Your paper check pickup location must be specified at time of hire or arranged by your Azimuth representative.
