Contract/Temp to Hire

Employee is on recruiting company payroll
Various models are short-term, long term (1yr+), temp to hire (TTH)
TTH – client intends to hire; traditional terms are:
- 720 hours for clerical/skilled/professional
- ~480-640 for unskilled/skilled general labor
Recruiting company assumes all liability (workers comp, unemployment, taxes)
Recruiting company typically charges the client a markup on the employee’s pay rate

Daily Direct Hire

Client is billed weekly on a per hour worked basis; billing stops after max bill is reached
Typically saves $500-$1000+ per candidate over 480-640 hours vs. traditional temp services @ .40-.45+ markup
No extra staffing fees associated with OT
Superior candidate quality since employee is hired on directly by client
Ideal for clients who already have a large, in house hiring/onboarding structure, but looking for 10-20+ candidates
